Our second policy is to keep the shipping costs to a minimum, and with this in mind we are offering a maximum rate of £3.95 TO ANYWHERE IN EUROPE AND ONLY £4.95 FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD.  There are more exciting details of how to qualify for FREE SHIPPING in our postage and payment section.

Our third is a no quibble returns policy.  If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, as long as you return the goods in the same condition you received them within 7 days we will credit you with the price of the goods without argument.  In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty then we refund the postage and packing as well.
