What an excellent range we have here! Hagge have been making handcuffs since around 1937, based in the town of Bad Segeberg. One of their contracts is to make handcuffs for Lips who are in turn suppliers to the Dutch Police. The outstanding and indeed unique design of these handcuffs was patented in 1924 by another company, based in Berlin, called August Schwarz.
