This combination is a pair of Yuil Y-001 handcuffs with a six inch (15 cms) steel bar keeping the prisoner's hands apart, making escape much more difficult  Two stout chrome rings hold each handcuff in place. We sometimes make this using a smaller width steel bar. 

The rings are large enough to allow the use of a padlock for securing this gadget either to a belly chain, belt or whatever takes your fancy!
