This outstanding combination consists of a pair of leg irons (04CHLB) and a pair of Harrington and Richardson type handcuffs (04CHHA) joined together with a chrome plated chain 70cm in length.  The whole lot weighs nearly 2.5 kilos and is extremely high security with the tumbler locks of the leg irons along with the handcuffs with virtually inaccessible keyholes and double locking.
