This extremely simple but effective restraint device is designed to be used with a stout eye bolt.

The snap hook is attached to the eye bolt which should be high enough to prevent your prisoner from being able to operate the snap itself.  Alternatively you can forget the snap hook and just use a padlock.

The chain is approximately 9 inches (23 cms) in length and the whole combination weighs around 450 grams.
