These Russian handcuffs are finished in black oxide but the chain is nickel plated.  An interesting combination never before featured!  They remind you, perhaps, of eras in Russian history thankfully now in the archives of time.  They are double locking and come with their own unique design of key which also serves to operate the double locking mechanism.
