This transport set comprises a leg restraint (AR-1, see separate listing) and a belt which is applied to the prisoner's waist.  Attached to the belt are two wrist restraints with swivels.  The position of the wrist restraints is completely adjustable, allowing the law enforcement officer to have his prisoner's hands to the side, in front or behind.  Once the position of the prisoners hands has been decided they are locked in position.  This set highly restricts the prisoners movements with highly reduced injury risk.
