These high security handcuffs are a very good product, produced by our Chinese friends.  The Yale type tumbler locks which operate the double locking, elevate these handcuffs to an area of excellence matched only by their very severe leg irons.  We bought a few of these a while ago and had forgotten we had them until we came across them in our warehouse!
