This pouch was designed by Price Western especially for the TCH 850/852 models, consequently the loop at the top is a big enough circumference to accommodate the quite wide hinge section of the handcuffs.  It is great to know that the pouch does 'what it says on the tin'!  The complete pouch weighs 121 grams (4.3 oz)
