These sweatpants are a 50/50 Polyester/Cotton mix.  They offer real protection for your inmates in the winter (that's the whole year round in the UK - just a joke about the weather here)!  If they go over the wall then the helicopter will not have a problem spotting them!  Large waist measures 27 inches (69 cms) unstretched and 44 inches (112 cms) stretched to the limit.  They have an inside leg which measures 32 inches (81 cms)  The bottom of the leg is elasticated.
