The Handcuffs Shop is a unique handcuffs and prison uniform buying experience.  My intention is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and with this end in mind I have certain important policies.  The first aim is to despatch in stock goods the same or next working day (0800-0945 GMT, Monday to Friday), no argument.  Sometimes I do not receive stocks from my suppliers quite as quickly as I expect but, when an item is out of stock, my aim is to keep you updated before you buy, not tell you I cannot deliver after you have parted with your money!  If you order an out of stock item I will refund you.  I do not do backorders.

My second is a no quibble returns policy.  If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, as long as you return the goods in the same condition you received them within 7 days I will credit you with the price of the goods without argument. This policy does NOT apply to specially made up combinations which cannot be returned.  In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty then I refund the postage and packing as well.  PLEASE EMAIL ME BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM SO THAT I CAN MAKE THINGS AS SMOOTH AS POSSIBLE.  TO GET A REFUND OF ANY SORT YOU MUST RETURN THE ITEM USING THE ORIGINAL COURIER BAG. Please do not send 'signed for' within the UK.  ALL Royal Mail Small Parcels have a tracking number which shows you when the item has been delivered.
