This outstanding range of leg irons comes from the China Xinshidai Company.  What an extensive range, and nothing short of excellent quality.  The Harrington and Richardson inspired handcuffs (the only design we stock) are a very special, very high quality product.  I am at a loss to imagine how the original design was, according to the 'experts', supposed to be better quality, especially as they are also double locking.  

On the other end of the spectrum is the range of very austere leg irons which, despite their rather severe appearance are extremely high security with difficult to pick tumbler type locks.
