This 'kneeling control device' has been developed in our workshops.  It weighs around 1220 grams and when applied to male prisoners ensures that prisoners are kept in the kneeling position.

Another use for the 'animal' 'cuff in the centre of the 32 cm steel spreader bar which has a single leg cuff welded each end, is for securing to an eye to ensure that the prisoner has restriced movement within the detention area.
