This special combination consists of two Yuil leg irons joined with welded rings to a 32 cm length of box section steel.  An excellent leg spreader to ensure a prisoner has severely restricted movement. 

Particularly effective in preventing a suspect kicking in the rear windows of a patrol car, the whole combination weighs about 938 grams.
