This excellent new prisoner security belt is an original design by Yuil as far as we can ascertain.  The central steel loop is placed either infront or behind the prisoner at waist level.  The Velcro covered belts are then put round the prisoner, one in each direction.

Each of the belts have slots and where the  slots overlap is where the Con Lock, made using Yuil twin lever keys, is applied.  This is to ensure that the belt is completely secure.

Finally, the handcuffs are threaded through  the  steel loop and applied to the prisoner's wrists.  A very secure waist belt.
