These Alfa Proj 9924 handcuffs have the usual incredibly smooth action, real quality.  They have just a single link between each cuff but they are easily lockable with the 'push button' mechanism, a good feature when you have a struggling prisoner.  The unique key improves security.  They are nickel plated.
