These rigid handcuffs, in stainless steel, have a molded plastic grip bolted between the two halves of the handcuffs. They afford the busy law enforcement officer a greater degree of control over his/her prisoner. They weigh 370 grams and have a hoop attached in the middle of the grip. This hoop can either be used for chain gang purposes or easy attachment of a lead chain or connector to legcuffs. |
