Introduced with the CY -2-24 this product is a pair of Y 001 handcuffs with a 18 inch chain replacing the normal three links.  They have the normal highly secure two lever lock with the ingenious bar between to prevent skimming.  This model not only allows the prisoner greater freedom of movement but also is useful as a lead chain for escorting a prisoner into court. 

Another method of using this restraint is to thread the chain through the prisoner's belt to restrict movement.
