These, by popular demand, are now in stock.  The 'high security' description refers to the complete lack of metal in these coveralls, making it far easier to detect any metal the inmate might be carrying.  They tend to be issued to prisoners who have a record of carrying weapons and do not have pockets. Please note these are the normal orange in colour, the picture is to show the velcro fastening.

2X waist size ranges from 37 to 47 inches (94 to 119 cms) and chest size is 56 inches (142 cms).  The inside leg measurement is 30 1/2 inches (77.5 cms) and the shoulder to waist dimension is 24 inches or 61 cms.
