These Solosuit tm jumpsuits, coveralls, whatever you want to call them are the genuine artical imported from the US from the main supplier to US correctional institutions. 3X waist size ranges from 39 to 47 inches (99 to 119 cms) and chest size is 60 inches (152 cms).  The inside leg measurement is 31 inches (79 cms) and the shoulder to waist dimension is 24 1/2 inches or 62 cms.

The design means a big increase in security.  Firstly no metal buttons to be detected in scanners, secondly no pockets to secrete weapons.
