This is a brand new product from Kyoung Chang.  They weigh around 440 grams, have 21 locking positions, are double locking and are made of nickel plated steel.  The 15 inch chain linking the two 'cuffs is very strong.  The best quality legcuff from a Korean Company in our opinion.
