These less heavy weight, double locking nickel plated leg irons weigh 430 grams and have approximately 16 inches/41cm of chain between the two 'cuffs.  The internal circumference is 10 ins/26 cms maximum and 7 ins/18 cms minimum. I would describe these as my 'cooking' legirons, a reference to inexpensive wine used in cooking.  Please measure ankles with a piece of string to ensure they will fit.  They do come with a very well constructed zippered carrying bag.
