This economical leather holder has a simple belt hoop and a fixed position stud fastened loop to accomodate either a pair of Speedcuffs in the horizontal position or a conventional pair of handcuffs just hanging by their hoops.  This simple holder weighs just 53 grams so its great for weight saving.
