This ingeniously designed Speedcuff Pouch is to allow motorcyclists to carry a pair of Speedcuffs in a position where they can be utilised really easily.  On the reverse of the pouch there is a clip which slides into the top of the motorcyclist's boot.  At the top is a velcro strap which goes round the leg about six inches below so you must have a pair of boots which extend at least six inches above the ankle.  Once on, your overtrousers can be worn over the whole rig.  The speedcuffs in the picture are not included.
