These are the excellent new alluminium chain linked handcuffs with two interior independent locking mechanisms to facilitate keyholes each side.  There is a pretty obvious advantage to the duty officer who has less of a struggle to locate a keyhole.  These, along with all the other TCH models comply with the October 2017 NIJ standard.
