These Solosuit tm jumpsuits, coveralls, whatever you want to call them are the genuine artical imported from the US from the main supplier to US correctional institutions. Large waist size ranges from 34 to 38 inches (86 to 96.5 cms) and chest size is 48 inches (122 cms).  The inside leg measurement is 30 inches (76 cms) and the shoulder to waist dimension is 20 1/2 inches or 52 cms.

The design means a big increase in security.  Firstly no metal buttons to be detected in scanners, secondly no pockets to secrete weapons.
