This specially made up item is a pair of Clejuso 11s separated by a 15cm or 6 inch plated bar.  This design not only separates the prisoner's wrists, rendering it impossible to use a key on the opposite side, but also the bar can be easily secured to an anchoring point.  The quality of the plating is outstanding, as usual.
