These training handcuffs - not sure why they chose red - are exactly the same as the ones used by most Forces in the UK.  They weigh just under 400 grams, are backloading and double locking (using the pin on one of the two keys provided).  A very good handcuff, already recognised as meeting all the standards (NIJ) required by most of the Police around the World.
